Welcome to Bella Vista Wanaka. Our 18 unit motel is located centrally in the heart of Wanaka. We offer a range of accommodation including spa bath, twin,queen,king and family studios. Most have great mountain views and some have lake views. Enjoy the views of the snow capped mountains of Mt. Aspiring National Park. Ski Treble Cone , Cardrona or Snow Park in winter.Tramp,swim,fish,sky dive or enjoy many of the activities that are available throughout summer and the rest of the year.

Location, location, location - Bella Vista is 150 metres from the lake in a quiet street and is surrounded by restaurants, cafes,wine bars and shops. Walk everywhere and enjoy the magnificent scenery, food and wine.

Cancellation Policy: SKI SEASON : July, August, September. 14 days notice.

If your plans change for some reason, we do understand, and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Failure to advise us will incur a charge. We require 3 days notice of a cancellation (ski season is 14 days) or a charge of one night's accommodation will be made if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up at all will incur a charge of one night's accommodation. Any change to a confirmed reservation on, or within 3 days of your arrival may incur a $25.00 administration fee. If,after checking in, your stay is shortened then a charge of up to one night's accommodation may be made.
